1. Who we are

The Meat Content Calculator is developed and published by Bright Rabbit Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

2. What data the app collects

The app does not collect any personal data. Specifically:

• No account or registration is required or offered.
• No name, email address, or contact details are requested.
• No usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry are gathered.
• No advertising identifiers are accessed.
• No location data is accessed.
• No data is transmitted to Bright Rabbit Limited or any third party.

3. Data you enter into the app

When you use the app, you may enter analytical values (such as nitrogen and fat percentages), product names, and ingredient weights. You may also save calculation results and build a library of custom N-factor products and samples.

This data is stored solely on your device using the platform's local storage mechanism (AsyncStorage on iOS and Android; browser localStorage on the web version). It is:

• Never transmitted over any network.
• Never accessible to Bright Rabbit Limited.
• Never shared with any third party.
• Retained on your device until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app.

You can delete all stored data at any time using the Delete All Data function in the About tab, or by uninstalling the app from your device.

4. Exported files

The app includes a CSV export feature. When you use this feature, a file is created on your device. The file is shared only via your device's standard share sheet — it is sent wherever you choose to send it (for example, by email or saved to a cloud storage service you control). Bright Rabbit Limited does not receive or have access to exported files.

5. Printed reports

The print / PDF functionality generates output that is sent to your device's printer or saved as a file on your device. On mobile, this uses your device's system print service. Bright Rabbit Limited does not receive or have access to any printed or saved output.

6. Third-party services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection services.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple and Google may collect certain device and download information in accordance with their own privacy policies when you install the app. We recommend reviewing Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy for information about data collected through their platforms.

The web version of the app is hosted by Replit Inc. Replit may collect standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamp) as part of their hosting infrastructure. Please refer to Replit's Privacy Policy for details.

7. Children's privacy

This app is intended for use by food industry professionals. It is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children.

8. Data security

Because all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, network-level data security risks do not apply to this app. The security of data on your device is governed by the security features of your operating system and device. We recommend keeping your device operating system up to date and using a device PIN or biometric lock.

9. Your rights

Because we do not collect or hold any of your personal data, rights to access, correct, or erase personal data held by us do not apply. Any data you have entered into the app can be deleted entirely by you at any time using the Delete All Data feature or by uninstalling the app.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, provide notice through the app or our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
